For the third running of the popular Dishforth targa we have incorporated competitor feedback by designing new tests which access more of the airfield and eliminate the need for splits and merges.

The rally still offers approximately 40 competitive miles over 15 tests and is round of the ANCC, ANWCC & SD34 championships.

It will start mid-morning and run into darkness which with the winter conditions offer unique challenges to all competitors be they expert or novice.

We’re trying to keep rallying affordable with a modest entry fee, limits on tyres and servicing along with event timing enabling most crews to avoid accommodation expenses.

Clitheroe & District Motor Club gratefully welcome you to the 19th running of The Clitheronian Rally.

The event is being run under an Interclub Road Rally permit, with straightforward navigation in the form of six figure grid references with ample time to plot. We aim to provide you with some no-nonsense rallying and an enjoyable experience. The start has changed for this year, beginning at Settle Rugby Club with a route across maps 98, 103 and 104 covering approximately 140 miles of 100% tarmac roads.

Clitheroe & District Motor Club will run the Hall Trophy Rally on Sunday 18th February 2024, at Weeton Army Camp. It will feature approximately 54 stage miles over 10 stages.

I would like to welcome you all again to this year’s Primrose Trophy Rally, organised by Clitheroe and District Motor Club. This is one of the club’s oldest events, which was resurrected back in 2014. Building on the success of previous years, we hope we can provide a good night’s sport once again.

This year’s route uses maps 97, 98, 102 and 103, featuring 100% top quality tarmac in a compact 87 mile route in a “no nonsense” format with no petrol halt and no breakfast. This will provide a great nights sport for all competitors alike.
